Залог длительной работы зерносушилки – проведение периодического обслуживания оператором и обязательная смазка всех ключевых узлов машины. Части, наиболее подверженные износу, на которые падает максимальная нагрузка, требуют смазки посменно, другие еженедельно. К сожалению, не все операторы ответственно подходят к вопросу обслуживания сушилки, что может привести к поломке машины и дорогостоящему ремонту во время сезона, когда каждый час на счету.

С данной проблемой помогает справиться система автоматической смазки узлов от Fratelli Pedrotti, одна из самых популярных опций у фермеров в России. Система состоит из резервуара для смазки с механизмом постоянного перемешивания, высокопроизводительного насоса, распределителей смазки и каналов, проведенных ко всем точкам смазки.

Каждый рабочий сезон начинается с полной смазки сушилки и заполнения смазкой резервуара. Данная система с баком для смазки на 5кг полностью обеспечивает автономную работу сушилки в течение 400 рабочих часов от системы отбора мощности и 600 часов от электродвигателя. Функция автоматически активируется при включении сушилки и питается от того же привода, что и вся машина. Система производит постоянный мониторинг состояния сушилки и подает смазку тогда, когда необходимо, без вмешательства человека.
